REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns for store credit will be accepted if we have sent you an incorrect size or colour. All returns must be first approved by us and must be sent to our P.O. Box address within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Customer will cover the cost of returns and the shipping fee is nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (lingerie and swimwear), sale items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 busness days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@visbelle.com

Please note that returns must be initiated by contacting us first. Items sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES:
For a faster exchange process, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
